Game Boxart Rift: Planes of Telara is Trion's entry into the already rather crowded world of Fantasy MMORPGs, and quite an entry it is. Rift advertises itself by saying "We're not in Azeroth any more", however it would be hard to believe that statement if you w

Nancy Drew - Lights, Camera, Curses
Written by: Etali
Date: 2010-02-15
Focus Multimedia has teamed up with the creator of the Nancy Drew adventure game franchise to release the first in a new series of games. HER Interactive has created a new hidden object series of games — the Nancy Drew Dossier series. The first title is available at retail in the UK and Ireland now.

Nancy Drew Dossier is a next-generation casual game series that combines a seek-and-find mechanic with a new level of compelling story-driven gameplay. Elements involve detective work, sophisticated interaction with clues and characters, brain-teasing puzzles and arcade mini-games. Playing from the point of Nancy Drew, players find hidden clues and use their strengths of observation, deduction, and problem-solving to uncover culprits and schemes in a heavily story-driven plot.

In Nancy Drew Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses! you’ll join the eponymous heroine in an exciting new production. A beleaguered movie studio is attempting to remake a classic film that cost its leading lady her life 75 years ago.

Go undercover on the set of Pharaoh! to get to the bottom of suspicious press leaks and uncanny accidents that have put the production schedule in jeopardy. Find hidden objects and solve tricky puzzles in order to find out if the “accidents” are acts of sabotage or the unearthly curse of the fallen starlet.

Can you uncover old secrets before this epic goes bust?

Nancy Drew Dossier: Lights, Camera, Curses! joins Focus Multimedia’s Essential range of best-selling PC games and software. Every Focus Essential title has the suggested retail price of 9.99 including VAT.
