Rock Band Unplugged for the PSP is scheduled to hit stores in the UK on 19th June 2009.
Rock Band Unplugged aims to create a full band experience in the palm of players’ hands by combining traditional beatmatch gameplay with key elements from both Rock Band and Rock Band 2. Your hands are the “peripherals” in Rock Band Unplugged, and you can play as the lead/bass guitars, drums or vocals.
Rock Band Unplugged features 41 master recordings including nine songs new to the Rock Band music catalog that are exclusive to the PSP system for a limited time. Plus, Rock Band Unplugged features the first in-game store for downloadable content on the PSP system, which takes advantage of the PSP system’s wireless capabilities and PlayStation Network.
The limited edition Rock Band PSP Entertainment Pack from Sony Computer Entertainment America includes the game, a “Piano Black” PSP system, a 4GB Memory Stick PRO Duo, and, in the United States only,a voucher to download Paramount Pictures’ School of Rock from PlayStation Store. Unfortunately for European gamers, this pack will only be available in the USA. The game itself, however, will be available worldwide, and UK gamers will be able to pick up a copy for Ł29.99. |
