Firefly To Publish Stronghold Crusader Extreme

Today indie-publisher Gamecock Media Group announced it will publish Firefly Studios’ Stronghold Crusader Extreme, a new and improved version of the best selling Stronghold Crusader. This real time strategy game for the PC features huge battles with over 10,000 units on screen, a new tactical aid bar which allows you to unleash super moves on your enemies, and a new Extreme Trail with dozens of linked missions to test even the most elite Crusader players. The unforgettable saga hits shelves this May.
Stronghold Crusader Extreme’s gameplay is a seamless combination of city building and real-time strategy. You are put in the armor of a fearless warlord during the Crusades and as sovereign of your own people, your goal is to “Lead, Conquer, and Expand”. Defend your kingdom against invading forces with new tactical powers like commanding reinforcements, bombardments and healing. New maps also allow for brand-new, more ambitious conquests.
“Stronghold fans demand the most from their RTS and simulation games, and Firefly delivers once again,” said Harry Miller, el Presidente of Gamecock Media Group. “Crusader Extreme steps up and delivers medieval Mayhem on a scale previously unseen in the series. Stronghold Crusader Extreme expands the Stronghold series in many aspects. Loaded with 20 brand new missions as well as many features previously available only in Limited Editions, Extreme makes exclusive content now available to everyone.
