Encyclopedia of Game Machines.
|
 |
No matter what your age, the charm of old-school gaming cannot be denied - the number of emulators and 'TV-game' devices that allow you to play retro games is proof enough of that.
Wouldn't it be nice, though, to know a little more about the devices that were originally designed to run those old games? Or, if you are from that generation, to look back at them and refresh your memory?
That is what the Encyclopedia of Game Machines aims to do. Published by Game Plan this book covers computers and game machines from 1972 to 2005, in full colour, and with technical information about the consoles.

The first english edition, but the second revision of this Encyclopedia, this work has been two years in the making and promises to bring back the golden era to both veterans, and new gamers alike.
If you would like to take a sneak peek at this book, you can download a couple of pages about the Dreamcast here and here.
More information about the book can be found on the GamePlan site
